Venue Hire Terms & Conditions

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date.

A refundable bond of $300 is required. The bond will be returned within 5 days after the event, provided the venue is left in good condition and no damage has occurred.

The hirer is responsible for any loss, damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning required as a result of the event. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the bond or invoiced separately if they exceed the bond amount.

Professional cleaning is included in the booking price through our cleaning partner, The After Party Clean Up Crew. However, hirers and guests must dispose of rubbish in the bins provided and leave the venue reasonably clean and tidy.

Any illegal activity, property damage, or behaviour that poses a risk to guests, neighbours, or the venue is strictly prohibited.

The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all guests attending the event.

The venue must be vacated by the agreed booking end time unless prior arrangements have been made.

For the safety of all guests, it is recommended that events with more than 50 guests have at least one licensed security guard (crowd controller) present. For larger events, additional security is recommended based on guest numbers, particularly where alcohol is being served (Private Security Act 2004).

By confirming and paying for the booking, the hirer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
